My name is Pegah, licensed Loan Originator in MD, VA, DC, FL, and PA. A home purchase is probably one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make. That's why I'm committed to personally guiding you through every stage of the mortgage process. Before entering the home loan industry, I graduated from Hood College with a degree in Business Administration. A native of Iran, I've lived here in the DC Metro Area for over 20 years. My professional activities and affiliations include membership in the Washington Area MBA and the Maryland MBA. When not assisting customers with their home loans, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and biking.

Interest rates change daily. With our Auto-Lock service, I'll help you target a competitive rate and lock it in when it becomes available. Then, I'll work with you to plan for the future by establishing a preset rate target at which a refinance can save you money.

3. RateWatch Reporting

After your loan closes, my work doesn't end. I'll provide RateWatch Reports: quarterly mailings that compare your interest rate to the current mortgage market. You will be alerted when savings are available and always know where your mortgage stands.
