Bob Menton is the producing Branch Manager of Apex Home Loans' Naples, FL location. Bob and his team joined the Apex family in February, 2014.  Prior to joining Apex, Bob managed his branch and the northern region for C&F Mortgage from 2000-2013. He was also a Branch Manager and Partner with First Republic Mortgage from 1993-2000.

In addition to the origination responsibilities that keep him in tune with the service needs of his customers, borrowers, and production staff, Bob’s responsibilities include managing a production-oriented platform that fosters a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Richmond. He is a Certified Public Accountant, which gives him unique insight when helping customers plan their mortgage.

Bob currently resides in Naples, FL with his wife, Paula. He has two daughters, Katharine and Julia, and a son, Charlie.  Outside of the office, Bob is an avid golfer and moderate jogger.  He is active with Catholic Charities and enjoys travel and spending time with his family and friends.

Interest rates change daily. With our Auto-Lock service, I'll help you target a competitive rate and lock it in when it becomes available. Then, I'll work with you to plan for the future by establishing a preset rate target at which a refinance can save you money.

3. RateWatch Reporting

After your loan closes, my work doesn't end. I'll provide RateWatch Reports: quarterly mailings that compare your interest rate to the current mortgage market. You will be alerted when savings are available and always know where your mortgage stands.
