Step 1: Apply Online
You’ll need to create an account prior to starting your application. This allows you to start and stop as often as you want and save your information as you go. If you have a question, please stop and reach out to your Loan Team. We will be able to access your application and answer your question in real time. The application will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Once you “Create” your account you’ll be asked to verify your email address. This must be done within (1) one hour or a new authorization link will need to be requested.
Once “Activated”, you’ll be able to view, update, and complete your application and/or any follow up requests at that time.
Please make sure you show a two year work history AND a two year home address history when completing the application.
This application does allow you to give Apex permission to pull your credit. A credit report is needed to start the process and issue a pre-approval letter (if applicable).
Step 2: Upload Your Financial Documentation
After your online application is submitted you’ll be able to go to the Borrower Portal and upload documents. Common requested documents are:
Recent mortgage statement (if you are refinancing or retaining your current property)
