Step 1: Apply Online
- You’ll need to create an account prior to starting your application. This allows you to start and stop as often as you want and save your information as you go. The application will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
- Once you “Create” your account you’ll be asked to verify your email address. This must be done within (1) one hour or a new authorization link will need to be requested.
- Please make sure you show a two year work history AND a two year home address history when completing the application.
- This application does allow you to give Apex permission to pull your credit. A credit report is needed to start the process and issue a pre-approval letter (if applicable).
Step 2: Upload Your Financial Documentation
After your online application is submitted you’ll be able to go to the Borrower Portal and upload documents. Common requested documents are:
- Bank statements
You will have the opportunity to access the automated asset verification tool (AccountChek) during the application process. To save time and effort on your part, prior to uploading any documentation, please check with our team, as those items may not be needed.
