Apex in Action

Drives, Volunteering, and Charitable Giving

Apex in Action is our program for doing well by doing good. The program was created to support the organizations and causes our employees value by providing our team with opportunities for giving and volunteering. Whether we’re collecting food, books, school supplies, or coats, our drives have helped combat homelessness, hunger, underserved students, and workforce inequality. Over the past few years, we’ve raised over $4,000 for Hope Connections,  collected over 500 pounds of food for local food banks like MANNA Food Center and Nourish Now, and collected countless backpacks and school supplies for Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless and school districts across MD, and more...

Apex in Action also makes it easy for our employees to volunteer and give back. Whether we’re raising $9,000 for Habitat for Humanity, writing Thank You cards to our veterans and troops through Operation Gratitude, or adopting a family during the holidays through A Wider Circle, there’s always an opportunity to get involved right around the corner. 

Increasingly, the values instilled by Apex in Action have become our culture, grounding our team by giving back and helping our communities. Our team has created deep and meaningful involvement with civic organizations, and we now have representation in 25 such groups across the DMV. We’re also thrilled to be more active locally than ever before, having sponsored over 24 community events in recent years.
