Lorraine Packett joined Apex Home Loans as a Mortgage Planner in 2010 and works on a team with Eric Gates. Prior to that, Lorraine owned and operated Tri-State Mortgage, Inc., which was located in Olney, MD and founded in 1989.

Lorraine has been in the mortgage and banking industry for 25 years and has served as a loan processor, loan originator, and business owner. Her diverse experience and understanding of all aspects of the mortgage process along with her understanding of the lending environment and local markets housing markets, allow Lorraine to best meet the needs of her clients.

Lorraine has teamed up with Eric Gates and in her role as Mortgage Planner, she coordinates all origination activities and client communication for the team.

Lorraine lives with her 2 children in Olney and has lived in Montgomery County her entire life and has deep roots in the community. When she is not working on your mortgage, Lorraine enjoys traveling, reading, and politics.
