Mission Statement

Our mission is to create "raving fans," which we see as clients who trust us with handling what is their largest asset and largest debt, their home and mortgage. We strive to provide a mortgage experience that is legendary, not just satisfactory, such that clients will never have to shop for a mortgage banker again and will want to share their Apex experience with their friends and family.

Our goal is the earn the right to be a trusted mortgage advisor by providing our clients with so much value that they consider us to be an integral part of helping them meet their short and long term financial goals. At this point, they have become friends, not just clients, and we will continue to serve them not just for one transaction, but for life.


How We Do It – The Apex Advantage

With regard to our clients, our true, long term relationship with the client begins with the closing. When we try to handle every transaction in a manner that creates the highest degree of client satisfaction possible, we have earned their business, as well as all of their referrals. We do this in three macro steps.

  • We analyze the client's current financial situation (where they are now), and, through the interview process, establish their priorities, regarding their financial wishes (where they want to be). We then match their current financial situation and future financial wishes with a mortgage solution that is tailor made to their goals (it gets them on the road to where they want to be) that best aligns with the client’s life style. We use a series of mortgage reports to arrive at this conclusion
  • Once the client and Apex Home Loans, Inc. have agreed on the loan program, we make every effort to expeditiously close the transaction with the least amount of inconvenience.
  • Once the loan closes, our job truly begins. Through consistent application of our database and client retention contact program, we stay in touch with our clients on a regular basis, advising them on how to best help themselves overcome their challenges and prepare for the future through our Mortgages Under Management Program, which includes our Quarterly RateWatch Report and the ability to AutoLock a future loan.
